Required products :
1.2 kg of green grapes (it is best to be seedless)
600 grams of granulated sugar
200 milliliters of grape juice
100 grams of almonds
2 stars anise
cinnamon to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the grapes with warm water, pour them into a pan and sprinkle with sugar. Pour the juice, add the spices. Place the dish in the oven preheated to 150 degrees and leave for about 3 hours. Stir periodically.
Fill the almonds with boiling water and let them stand for 5-7 minutes so that you can peel them easily.
Peel a squash, grate it and add to the grapes 1 hour before removing it from the oven.
Remove the cinnamon and anise when the jam is ready. Distribute in jars and sterilize for a few minutes.
