Required products :
900 grams canned chickpeas
4 teaspoons spinach
1/3 teaspoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon water
crushed garlic to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 teaspoon tahini sauce
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
green vegetables of your choice taste (celery, broccoli, green sweet peppers ...) - for serving
1/2 cup chopped coriander or parsley for sprinkling
Method of preparation :
Drain the liquid from the canned chickpeas, rinse the beans with clean water. Put them in a blender bowl, add spinach leaves, garlic, tahini sauce. Pour the water, olive oil and citrus juice. Add salt to taste and grind until smooth.
Transfer the hummus to a suitable bowl, sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve with fresh green vegetables.
