Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of pie crusts
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams of grated cheese
  • 300 grams of spinach
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1-2 stalks of leeks
  • 80 grams of melted butter
  • salt to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons oil


Method of preparation:

 

Prepare a rectangular pan, grease it with oil and cover the bottom with half of the crusts, greased one by one.

 

Wash, dry, chop and fry leeks in hot oil.

 

In another bowl, scald, drain, cool the spinach and sprinkle with cheese.

 

Add leeks, chopped parsley, dill, salt and beat the eggs.

 

Stir the filling and spread it in the pan.

 

Cover with the rest of the crusts and use a knife to push the edges.

 

Cut into shapes of your choice, glaze with the remaining oil and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden.

 

Cool and serve the pie warm.
