Divide the lettuce into four boxes with lids. Put half a cup of green edamame beans on top, having previously steamed it.
Distribute the tofu evenly in the four boxes. Season with 2 tablespoons of peanut sauce and refrigerate, closing with a lid.
You can store the salad unsweetened for up to 4 days in the refrigerator and up to 1 day flavored.
