Cut the cheese into slices and cool. Put basil in a blender, pour olive oil and beat until smooth. Season the mixture with garlic powder, thyme oregano, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Heat a grill, grease it with olive oil, dip each plate of cheese in the green mixture and bake until done on both sides.
Peel and chop the peppers, add chili powder, pour olive oil and beat until smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl and cool. Serve the grilled tofu, garnished with basil pesto and hot peppers.
