Required products :
1 avocado fruit

heads of raw corn 1/2 onion
1/2 hot pepper
1 bunch coriander
1 lemon
50 grams butter
1 sweet pepper
1 teaspoon salt
pinch ground black pepper
Method of preparation :
Clean the cobs of corn, grease them with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then wrap in foil and bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for about an hour - an hour and a half (depending on the oven). Turn the cobs every 15 minutes during baking.
When they are ready, separate the beans with a knife and mix them with peeled and chopped onions. Grind them together to a puree.
Separately grind the hot and sweet peppers together with the coriander (again pureed).
Peel a lemon, squeeze the juice and puree 30 milliliters of it with the avocado.
In a suitable bowl, mix the prepared products, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste and add the remaining lemon juice. Mix everything and the sauce is ready.
