Required products :

  • 110 grams of oatmeal
  • 110 grams of prunes
  • 110 grams of raisins
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons pure honey

Method of preparation :

Sprinkle the sliced ​​apples with the sugar and cinnamon, then transfer them to the pan and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven. Remove from the oven and set aside.

Put oatmeal, plums, raisins, honey and peanut butter in a food processor. Combine the products with a few pulsations.
