Required products :

  • 4 carrots, well washed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cold pressed olive oil

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover the bottom of two pans with baking paper.
  • Use a peeler to cut the carrots into thin slices or strips and transfer them to a bowl.
  • Sprinkle with olive oil and mix well to cover evenly.
  • Season with salt and distribute in the pans, taking care that the carrot slices do not overlap.
  • Place one tray at the top of the oven and one tray at the bottom.
  • Bake for about 6 minutes and change the places of the pans. Bake for another 5-6 minutes.
  • Allow the carrot chips to cool briefly before serving.
