How To Cook Homemade Apple Cider Vinegar With Raisins And Honey - Recipe

Necessary products:

5 kg of sweet apples (winter varieties), grated together with the peel and core

1 liter of warm boiled water

100 grams of light raisins

4 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons honey

Method of preparation:

Put the grated apples in a suitable container and pour the water. Add the raisins and sugar. Cover with gauze and leave in a dark and warm place for 10 days. Stir 2-3 times a day with a wooden spoon (spatula).

 

After 10 days, strain with a clean gauze into a clean container. Squeeze the remaining porridge well. Cover the dish again with gauze and let it stand for another 5 days in the dark and warm. Then add honey, stir and close. Store in a dark and warm place for a month and a half - two. After this period, strain the vinegar, pour into clean bottles, close tightly and store in a cool place.
