Required products :
600 grams of flour
50 grams of sugar
300 milliliters of fresh milk
150 grams of cottage cheese
40 grams of may
2 tablespoons oil
1 dried hot pepper
pitted green and black olives
Method of preparation :
Heat the milk and dissolve the yeast in it, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour, stir and leave in a warm place to rise.
In a separate bowl, mix the curd with the remaining sugar, oil, add a little salt. Then pour the milk with the yeast and pour the flour. Knead the liquid dough, stirring with a spoon. Cut the olives into circles and add them to the dough, add the crushed hot pepper, stir and leave warm for 1.5 - 2 hours.
Grease a baking dish with oil and pour the finished dough into it. Wait for it to increase in volume and place in the oven at 200 degrees for about 50-60 minutes.
You can also use a bakery for baking.
