How To Cook Homemade Bread With Olives And Cottage Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

600 grams of flour

50 grams of sugar

300 milliliters of fresh milk

150 grams of cottage cheese

40 grams of may

2 tablespoons oil

1 dried hot pepper

pitted green and black olives

Method of preparation :

Heat the milk and dissolve the yeast in it, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour, stir and leave in a warm place to rise.

In a separate bowl, mix the curd with the remaining sugar, oil, add a little salt. Then pour the milk with the yeast and pour the flour. Knead the liquid dough, stirring with a spoon.
