Required products :
600 grams of minced chicken
20 milliliters of olive oil
5 grams of ground black pepper
50 grams of sour cream
150 grams of yellow cheese
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
300 grams of flour
400 grams of canned tomatoes in their own juice
5 grams of salt
5 sprigs of fresh dill
3 eggs
Method of preparation :
Pour the flour into a bowl and add the eggs. Knead a soft dough (knead for about 10 minutes), cover with a towel and leave for 50-60 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling.
Mix the minced meat with the grated onion in a bowl, add the spices, dill, garlic.
Take up the dough again. Divide it into two parts, which you roll out as thinly as possible.
Cut each into 6 rectangles measuring approximately 12 x 14 cm.
Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and bring to the boil. When this happens, successively put the pieces of dough in it for about half a minute, then remove and place in a bowl of cold water.
Arrange the wet bases on a towel and put a little grated yellow cheese at one end.
Spread the minced meat filling on it.
And roll up the roll.
Arrange them tightly next to each other in a greased pan (in several rows).
Drizzle with the sauce prepared by beating the canned tomatoes with the cream and adding spices to taste.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40-50 minutes.
Then sprinkle with grated cheese and return the dish to the oven for another 10 minutes to bake and form an irresistible crust.
