Required products :
- 1/4 tea cup popcorn
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 50 grams of milk chocolate, crushed
Method of preparation :
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Remove from the heat, add the corn kernels, cover and shake vigorously.
- Return the pan to the hob and crack the popcorn, shaking it constantly.
- When the cracks decrease to 1 every 2 seconds, remove the pan from the hob.
- Pour the popcorn into a large salad bowl.
- Melt the milk chocolate in a water bath until smooth.
- Sprinkle the popcorn and stir to cover evenly with the chocolate glaze.
- Spread on baking paper and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.
- Transfer the chocolate popcorn to a bowl and serve in the company of a favorite movie.
