Required products :
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
5 tablespoons milk powder
50 grams of butter
5 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons water
5 tablespoons rice flour
whole hazelnuts to taste
Method of preparation :
Mix the dry ingredients (without the flour) in a suitable bowl and stir. Then add the water, stir again and put the mixture on a very low heat. When it starts to boil, add the butter, stirring vigorously until completely melted. It's time for the flour, pour it in, mix well and remove the pan from the heat.
Pour the chocolate into a rectangular silicone mold, the layer should be 1 - 1.5 cm thick. Then distribute the hazelnuts evenly in the chocolate mass and store in the refrigerator to harden.
