How To Cook Homemade Gingerbread With Powdered Sugar And Cocoa - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of wheat flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 500 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 8 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons other aromatic and suitable spices of your choice (cinnamon, vanilla)


Method of preparation :

Mix honey with soda, eggs, powdered sugar and spices in a bowl. Then add the flour and mix the ingredients.

Place the resulting dough on a board, wrap in cling film and refrigerate overnight.

The next day, cut out shapes from it, and you can use a cookie cutter or a simple cup with a small diameter for round gingerbread. If you want, make your own templates.

Arrange the finished figures in a pan, the bottom of which you have previously greased with oil.

Bake the gingerbread until ready at a temperature of 190 degrees. They should be slightly red, be careful not to burn them.
