Necessary products:

For tacos bread:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cup of melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa
  • for the chocolate glaze:
  • 500 grams of chocolate - finely chopped
  • 1/4 tea cup of melted coconut oil

for the filling:

  • 4 teaspoons vanilla ice cream - melted
  • 1 teaspoon crushed salted peanuts

Preparation:

Beat the eggs for tacos bread with sugar. Add the milk, vanilla butter and stir again. Sift the flour and cocoa and mix well all the ingredients.
Bake small pancakes on medium heat in a greased small pan. Bake them for about 5 minutes on each side.

Put the finished loaves still warm on a wire rack and stir, then turn 90 degrees and stir again. The goal is to mark the sticks and create the illusion of a waffle crust (if you wish, you can skip this step.)

Fold the warm cakes by leaving the waffle side outside and place between the cups on the inverted muffin tin. Freeze for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave for 2 minutes, checking and stirring every 30 seconds.

Coat the inside of the loaves with chocolate and return to the freezer for another 20 minutes. With the help of a posh, fill the loaves with melted ice cream and freeze for 2 hours.
