How To Cook Homemade Melted Cottage Cheese, Butter And Aromatic Spices - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of cottage cheese (there is no strict requirement for its fat content)
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 0.5 - 1 teaspoon of salt (depending on your taste)
  • 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda
  • all kinds of spices, also dried herbs - to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Mix all the products, except the spices, in a small saucepan. Mix them thoroughly.

 

Put the mixture in a water bath and cook for about 15 - 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Everything must melt. This is what it looks like towards the end of cooking.

Remove from the heat and pour it into a blender, using which beat until smooth and lumpy.

 

Return the mixture to the pan and add the spices (dried dill and parsley, for example). You can put whatever you want: mushrooms, ham and everything you like.

At this stage, the "cheese" begins to become more viscous and does not stick to the walls of the vessel.

 

You can grease a bowl with oil and put the mixture in it.

Cover with plastic wrap and allow it to cool to room temperature.

 

Then put in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning you can have breakfast with a slice smeared with homemade fragrant melted cheese.
