Pour the flour on the kitchen counter and make a recess in the middle. Beat the egg with the salt and milk, then carefully pour the mixture into the free space formed in the flour.
Start combining the dry ingredient with the liquid mixture, kneading the dough (it should be firm). Put it in a bowl and cover with a towel soaked in hot water (it should not touch the dough).
Twenty minutes later, roll it out thinly. The dough will have softened and become elastic, which means that rolling will be easy. During the process, turn the sheet over and sprinkle with a little flour.
Then it is necessary to dry the bark on both sides. To do this, leave it on a dry towel for about 30-40 minutes (time depends on air temperature), turning several times in the meantime.
When the dough is dry enough, roll it up and cut it into strips, which should be spread on paper or cloth to dry completely if the noodles will be stored. You can boil it right away, with fresh milk and butter it turns out very tasty.
