Required products :

For the oil:

  • 450 grams of roasted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons peanut oil (or other fat)

For roasted peanuts:

  • 1 kg of raw peanuts with shells
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Method of preparation :

Wash the peanuts and dry them with a towel. Put them in a bowl and season them with salt and peanut oil.

Divide the peanuts into two large trays so that they are spread in one layer. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes, turning the dishes from time to time. Once you take them out of the oven, let them cool, they will continue to "cook" and become crispy. You can eat peanuts and so on, without further processing.

To prepare the peanut butter you need to peel the peanuts. To do this, remove the shells and rub a few peanuts in your palms. Do the same with everyone. Put them in a salad centrifuge. Close and rotate until all the skin falls off.

Proceed to the preparation of peanut butter.

Measure the required amount of cleaned peanuts and put them in the bowl of the robot with an S-shaped knife. Add salt and honey and grind for 1 minute. Use a spatula to pick up what is on the walls of the dish. Turn on the robot again and add the fat. Blend for 2 minutes, until smooth and tender.

Put the finished oil in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
