How To Cook Homemade Sauce With Liquid Smoke, Wine And Beer - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 4-5 soft tomatoes
  • 100 milliliters of lemon juice
  • 100 milliliters of dark beer
  • 50 milliliters of red wine
  • 1-2 cloves
  • 1 tablespoon chili
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 15 grams of liquid smoke
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 50 grams of red pepper
  • a few sprigs of fresh oregano
  • 2 tablespoons oil

 

Method of preparation:


Peel and grind the tomatoes with a blender. Add lemon juice, beer, wine, cloves, chili, soy sauce, garlic, red pepper and oregano. Stir and strain the mixture a few more times.

Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the tomato liquid, add the liquid smoke and the bay leaf. Reduce the heat and continue to stir for 15-20 minutes.

Then strain the sauce through a fine sieve, using a funnel pour into dressing bottles. Cool to room temperature, store and refrigerate.

The sauce is suitable for all types of grilled, grilled or barbecued meats, fish or sausages.
