Required products :
100 grams of peeled sunflower seeds 100 grams of peeled
hazelnuts
160 grams of flour
75 milliliters of water
200 grams of sugar
80 milliliters of vegetable oil
Method of preparation :
Roast the hazelnuts and seeds in a dry pan and peel them with a towel. Then grind with a blender.
Bake the flour until it acquires a light golden hue and add it to the hazelnuts and sunflower seeds. Stir well.
Pour the sugar into a suitable container, pour the water and bring to the boil over medium heat. The sweet crystals should melt completely.
Pour the oil into the syrup and let it boil once more, then leave to cool (about 25 minutes - its temperature should be 50-60 degrees).
When cool enough, mix it with the dry mass and mix thoroughly.
Cover the bottom of the form with plastic wrap, spread the mixture on it and press.
Close the container with foil, press once more with your hands and put in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.
When you take it out, cut it into pieces and enjoy!
