Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of flour
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 10 grams of cinnamon powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 60 grams of unsalted soft butter
  • 80 grams of brown sugar
  • 80 grams of white crystal sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid honey
  • 50 milliliters of whiskey
  • 100 grams of crushed walnuts

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a cake pan with oil. Sprinkle with flour so that it does not stick. Mix the flour with the cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt and walnuts.

Mix well, and in another bowl beat the eggs with the sugar, butter, honey and milk. Stir and add the whiskey, then combine the dry and liquid ingredients.

Mix and distribute the dough in the form. Bake the cake for 40 minutes and cool. Take it out, cut and serve, garnished with a scoop of ice cream of your choice.
