How To Cook Honey Cakes With Raisins And Powdered Sugar - Recipe

Required products :

4 teaspoons flour
100 grams butter
2 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons honey
4 eggs
1 tablespoon dry yeast
2 tablespoons raisins
250 milliliters of water
3 tablespoons powdered sugar


Method of preparation :

Dissolve the sugar and yeast in warm water. Add 2 cups of flour, stir. Leave on warm until the mixture increases in volume 2 times.
Then add the eggs, melted butter, remaining flour, honey (liquid) and raisins that you have previously soaked in hot water to swell and soften. Knead the dough.

From it, form small round loaves, arrange them in a tray with parchment and leave for about 40 minutes to rise.

When this happens, smear their surface with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. In 25-30 minutes they will be ready. Wait to cool and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
