Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of butter dough
  • 500 grams of apples
  • 300 grams of pears
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 100 grams of ground nuts of your choice
  • 20 grams of butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

Peel, halve and clean the fruit. Cut them into fine slices and saute in butter. Add honey, cinnamon and ground nuts. Reduce the heat and cook until the liquid is reduced and caramelized.

Spread the dough in a pie tin, remove the excess and press along the edges. Once the filling has cooled, distribute it in the form and cover with the rest of the dough.

Optionally cut shapes of your choice and decorate the surface. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Cool, remove from the pan and cut. Serve and eat with pleasure.
