Necessary products
For the dough:
2 - 2.5 teaspoons of flour
200 grams of butter
200 milliliters of cream
1 egg
0.5 teaspoon of baking soda
For the stuffing:
400 grams of walnuts
apricot jam or marmalade
Method of preparation :
It is important that all dough products are at room temperature.
Mix the cream, egg and butter. Add the flour and soda to them, knead a soft dough and put it in the fridge for 40 minutes. Meanwhile, grind the walnuts and add them to the apricot jam, stir. The filling should have the consistency of a thick paste.
Take the dough out of the fridge and divide it into 4 parts. Roll each of them thinly in the form of a circle, which you cut into 8 triangles. Put the walnut stuffing on the wide part and roll out the dough. Spread the prepared horns with egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
