How To Cook Hot Chocolate Pudding With Powdered Sugar - Recipe

Required products :

60 grams butter
100 grams powdered sugar
170 grams sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs, beaten with a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon instant coffee
350 grams melted dark chocolate
100 grams flour
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees, place a tray in it.
Using a mixer, beat the butter with the powdered sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the condensed milk without stopping the whipping. Followed by eggs (pour a little), vanilla sugar and coffee dissolved in 1 tablespoon of hot water.
Pour the melted chocolate, mix everything thoroughly. Finally, add the flour and beat with a wire whisk until smooth.
Arrange in greased bowls or other suitable molds (such as souffle), arrange in a preheated pan and bake for 12-15 minutes.
As soon as you take out the dessert, use a sharp knife to separate it from the walls of the dishes and turn the pudding on a plate.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
