How To Cook Hot French Fries - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of potatoes, cut into large cubes
  • 1/4 tea cup potato starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon oil
  • 14 dried mini red hot peppers
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper flakes
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 3 green onion stalks, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped in bulk
  • 1 fresh pepper, cut into sticks
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts

Method of preparation :

Put the potatoes in a saucepan and cook for 7-8 minutes until soft.

In a bowl put the starch, pepper and add the potatoes, roll them.

Heat the oil in a pan. Add hot peppers, ginger, garlic, green onions and a pinch of salt. Wait 30 seconds and add the potatoes. Stir and fry for 5 minutes until golden.

Add the wine, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar and chicken broth. Continue cooking for another minute.

Add sesame oil, red onion, fresh pepper and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle the potatoes with sesame seeds and thin slices of green onion.
