Make quick and easy homemade cashew milk, which is not only very tasty, but also very useful. Use nut milk in recipes as a substitute for cow's milk. Serve the children a warm glass of sweet homemade milk.

Required products :

  • 225 grams of raw porridge
  • 6 fresh dates, pitted
  • 750 milliliters of cold filtered water + additional soaking
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt

Method of preparation :

Cover the cashew nuts with cold filtered water and leave them to soak for 6-8 hours.

Drain the water and transfer to a blender, along with the dates, 3 teaspoons of cold filtered water, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.

Strain on high speed until smooth and creamy.

If you wish, you can strain the milk through a strainer or cheesecloth and add more water if necessary.

Serve the cashew milk immediately or pour it into a clean glass bottle or jar, shaking it gently before consumption.

Store in the refrigerator for no more than 3 days.
