We know that eggs should not be cooked in the microwave, which even some manufacturers mention in the instructions for use of the appliance. But is there a way around the rules? Now we will understand how to spread an egg in the microwave .

Required products :

  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation :

Take a fireproof glass and fill half of it with water. Knock an egg inside. Place a coffee saucer on the cup so that it completely covers its opening.

 

Place in the microwave and heat for 30-60 seconds until the egg whites are cooked through and the yolks remain liquid. Done, that's it! You can now cook your favorite poached eggs in less than 2 minutes without staining unnecessary dishes.

Using a slotted spoon, remove the egg and serve. Now is the time to season it with salt and pepper and serve it on your favorite sandwich.
