Recipe for garlic spice
Required products :
1 kg of garlic
200 ml oil
pinch mix of different types of ground pepper (maybe other spices of your choice and taste)
2 teaspoons salt
Method of preparation :
Peel the garlic cloves, cut off the bottom, then grind them (you can use a meat grinder).
"Harden" the oil, ie heat it first and then let it cool completely. When this happens, pour the garlic with it, add salt and your favorite spices.
Mix everything thoroughly and distribute in sterilized jars, close with lids and store in the refrigerator.
