Boiled and frozen

If you store the mushrooms frozen but pre-cooked, their shelf life increases to 6 months. The technology is as follows:

  • clean and wash under running water;
  • cut into pieces;
  • put in a saucepan with boiling slightly salted water and cook for 10 minutes;
  • drain the liquid with a colander;
  • carefully arrange the mushrooms on paper to absorb the liquid;
  • when completely dry, store the mushrooms in plastic bags or in suitable containers;
  • freeze.

  

Fried and frozen

The shelf life of the mushrooms prepared in this way is six months.

The technology in steps :

  • clean and wash the mushrooms;
  • pour them into a pan and pour a little oil;
  • fry them until the liquid evaporates;
  • once they are ready, remove on paper, it will absorb the fat;
  • pack and freeze.

 

Dried

Drying is also a way to keep the freshness of your favorite mushrooms for a long time, which are then placed in cloth bags and stored in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place.

This way you can use them safely for the next year.

 

Marinated

Store the mushrooms in your favorite marinade. There are various recipes for such sauces, the common denominator of which is that before closing the jar (glass and sterilized), vinegar must be poured.
Then store the mushrooms in the refrigerator or cellar, where they remain usable for a year.
