Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of cooked chickpeas
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • salt, pepper
  • 150 grams of Indian cashews
  • 30 grams of flaxseed
  • 1 clove garlic

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put chickpeas and finely chopped onions in a blender. Beat until smooth and add olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, mix and add the cashews, seeds and garlic. Beat once more until the products are homogeneous, cool and serve.
