Required products :
600 grams of canned chickpeas
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons sesame paste (
3 cloves garlic
juice of 1 lemon
60 milliliters of water
100 milliliters of olive oil
a pinch of salt
For serving:
lavash
coriander
vegetables
Method of preparation :
In a blender bowl, mix the chickpeas with the sesame paste, add the cumin, the garlic clove, add a pinch of salt and pour in the freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon. Beat everything until smooth and then pour the water. Breaking again follows. Without interrupting the process, add olive oil and a smooth mass should be obtained.
Transfer the prepared hummus to a plate, pour a little olive oil, sprinkle with coriander and serve with fresh vegetables cut into thin strips.
