We present you a recipe for Hungarian mushroom soup and many spices. The ingredients are for 6 servings and the preparation will take you 50 minutes . Well, here we go!

 

Necessary products

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tea cups onion, finely chopped
  • 500 grams of fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons dried fennel seeds
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 tea cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream

 

Method of preparation

Put the butter in a large pan and melt it over medium heat. Fry onions in it for 5 minutes, then add the mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes.

Pour in the dill, paprika, soy sauce and chicken broth. Reduce heat, cover pan and simmer for 15 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix the milk and flour. Pour them into the pan and stir. Cover again and simmer for another 15 minutes. Stir periodically.

Finally add the salt, pepper, lemon juice and cream. Stir and leave on the stove for another 4-5 minutes.

Serve the finished soup while it is still warm. Enjoy your meal!
