How To Cook Ice Cream Dessert With Coffee And Biscuits - Recipe

Required products :

  • 425 milliliters of chilled high-fat (30%) liquid cream
  • 230 milliliters of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 80-90 grams of broken shortbread cookies (or others to your liking)

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the cream with the condensed milk, add the instant coffee and pour the liqueur. Beat with a blender or mixer until the coffee is completely dissolved.

Add the broken biscuits to the fragrant combination and mix everything with a silicone or rubber spatula, not turning them into crumbs (let the pieces feel in the dessert).

Transfer the mixture to a deep container suitable for freezing, store it for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator, then enjoy the finished dessert.
