How To Cook Indian Tea Masala According To An Ancient Recipe - Recipe

Necessary products:

3/4 tsp water

cinnamon stick

asterisk anise

3 grains of cardamom

2 fennel seeds (fennel, fennel)

2 large pieces of fresh ginger

3/4 tsp milk

2 tsp black tea

1 tsp sweetener of your choice: honey, maple syrup, sugar

Method of preparation:

Put the cinnamon, anise, cardamom, ginger and fennel in the water and bring to a boil. Add milk and black tea to the mixture. Let it boil again. Then reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

Distribute the sweetener on the bottom of the cups and strain the tea directly into them.
