Required products :

  • 400 grams of peeled and sliced ​​pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 225 grams of flour
  • 150 grams of coconut shavings
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 220 grams of soft butter
  • 220 grams of sugar
  • 4 eggs at room temperature
  • 200 grams of sour cream

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and grease a cake pan with butter and line with baking paper.

Cut the pineapple into circles and pour the maple syrup over it. Halve the vanilla pod and grate the seeds. Put the pod on the pineapple and bake in a simple pan for 12 minutes until the fruit is caramelized.

Remove the pineapple in the previously prepared form and save the sauce.

Combine flour, coconut, baking powder and half a tablespoon of salt in a bowl. Using a mixer, beat the butter with the sugar and vanilla seeds until fluffy. Add the eggs one by one, and before adding the next, the previous one must have been absorbed by the mixture.
