For the stuffing:
thick quince jam (or other optional)
Method of preparation :
Mix the yeast with the sugar, add the syrup, malt, half the warm milk and 3 tablespoons of flour. Leave the combination for 30 minutes, then add the remaining ingredients and knead a soft dough.
Put it in a deep bowl, cover and leave for 5-6 hours or refrigerate overnight.
Then divide the dough into two parts and roll them into a round layer. Cut each of them into 8 triangles and smear their surface with melted butter. In the wide part put a little jam (about 1 tablespoon) and roll, forming buns.
Arrange them in a pan, grease with oil and leave for 40-50 minutes.
During this time, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the croissants until golden (about 20-30 minutes).
