Necessary products:

1.5 tsp flour

1 tsp water

2 tsp May (dry)

1 s. l. sugar

1 tsp salt

frying oil

powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

Mix the sugar and yeast in warm water. Knead the dough, adding flour and salt. Put it in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours to rise.

Heat the fat well, you can use a deep fryer.

Do not knead the dough, scoop it out with a spoon and put it in the fat, using another spoon. Donuts of different shapes will be obtained. Remove the prepared ones with a slotted spoon and put them on paper to drain off the excess oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
