Required products :

200 grams of chicken fillet
150 milliliters of chicken broth
3 grams of gelatin
1 red sweet pepper a
little mayonnaise
green spices of your choice
olives for decoration

Method of preparation :

Boil the chicken fillet. Dissolve the gelatin in the warm broth and wait for it to swell.
Cut the meat into pieces or chop into fibers.
Cut a heart out of the red pepper. For this purpose, you can use the appropriate form for cakes, cupcakes or other suitable figure.
Heat the broth with gelatin. The latter should dissolve, but do not allow to boil. Mix 1/3 of the liquid with a little mayonnaise.

Arrange heart-shaped shapes (without bottom) in a suitable flat dish and distribute the meat in them. Put a layer of mayonnaise mixture on it. Arrange the hearts cut from the pepper on top and pour over the remaining clear broth.

Put the appetizer in the refrigerator overnight. When you take it out, remove the heart-shaped rings and you can serve it to a loved one.

You can arrange with olives and green spices, also cut hearts from lemon, cucumber, boiled egg white or other products to include in making the jelly salad.
