Required products :

15 grams of gelatin
3 tablespoons oil
1/2 sweet pepper
2 fresh mackerel
1 tablespoon fish seasoning
1 onion
1 carrot
1/2 hot pepper
3 tablespoons soy sauce

Method of preparation :

Cut the onion and sauté it in the oil until transparent.

Add the grated carrot and pepper, cut into small pieces. Add the chopped hot pepper, the seeds of which you can remove in advance if you do not like too hot.

Let the vegetables cook until soft. Add salt to taste. The filling is ready, leave it to cool.

Prepare the fish. Cut each into two pieces, clean and remove the spine with the bones. Try not to damage the skin. Place the mackerel on a sheet of plastic wrap, arranging the pieces so that they form a rectangle.

Drizzle with soy sauce.

Sprinkle with half of the gelatin and the fish seasoning.

Distribute the vegetable filling evenly.

Next is the remaining gelatin.

And with the help of the foil, form a tight roll, which you carefully wrap several times in the nylon coating.

Pour water into a suitable saucepan and put the roll in it. Place the pan on the hob and let the liquid boil. When this happens, reduce the temperature and let the fish boil for 20-25 minutes.
You can tie with thread to make sure that the roll will not unwind.

When you take it out of the water, let it cool and put it in the fridge overnight by placing a heavy object on it.

The appetizer is ready. Do not remove the entire foil immediately, but cut it into pieces and then remove the coating.

Enjoy your meal!
