Learn how to cook "Juicy chocolate dessert with almond flour and milk". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 150 grams of plain wheat flour
  • 30 grams of almond flour
  • 26 grams of cocoa
  • 275 grams of brown sugar
  • 80 grams of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 425 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Method of preparation :

Sift the wheat flour together with the almonds, baking powder, 110 grams of sugar and half of the cocoa (13 grams). Mix the ingredients well.

In a separate bowl, combine the egg, 125 milliliters of milk and melted butter (should not be hot). Combine the two mixtures and mix until smooth.

Grease a baking dish with oil with a capacity of about 2 liters. Spread the dough in it.

Mix the remaining amounts of sugar and cocoa, sprinkle the dough.

Heat the remaining 300 milliliters of milk in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, then spread it on the surface of the dough, spoon by spoon.

You will get 3 layers: dough, sugar and milk. Pay attention to the level of dessert in the dish. There should be at least 2 cm of free space left at the edge of the pan, otherwise the mixture will go out of the container.

Bake the dessert in the oven at an average temperature of 180 degrees. The approximate time is 35-40 minutes.

To determine readiness using a toothpick. If this is difficult for you to judge, press the surface in the middle with a tablespoon. If the dessert springs, then it is ready. Of course, another 5-10 minutes in the oven will not harm the sweetness.

When you take it out of the oven, wait ten minutes for it to cool a bit, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.
