Pork chops are very tender, juicy and tasty.
We will need (the quantity can be increased proportionally):
pork - 250 grams; chicken egg - 1 pc.; ground turmeric - 1/3 tsp; sea salt - 1 tsp; premium wheat flour - 3-4 tbsp. spoons; olive oil (unscented) - 2 tbsp. l.; ground black pepper - 1/3 tsp.
First of all, we cut the pork thinly - into plates, about 7 mm thick, and beat it carefully. There are special hammers for beating meat - this is what we need. You need to beat off the meat on both sides and evenly. Salt and pepper each piece on both sides. You can add a little seasoning.
Prepare the batter: beat the raw egg, turmeric, salt, pepper until fluffy. Separately, put a saucer with flour.
That's all! Now it's time to fry the meat. Roll each piece on both sides, first in flour, then in egg batter and send to a frying pan, well heated and poured with oil. We fry the meat until golden brown, it will take about 4 minutes on each side, over medium heat - this way the batter will not burn, but the meat will also be fried. The thicker the piece, the longer it takes to fry. Ready!
Chicken is a light dietary meat. Chicken chops are a tasty and inexpensive dish that is perfect for the festive table.
Ingredients:
chicken breast or fillet - 500 g; egg; flour - 3-4 tbsp. l.; salt and spices - to taste; vegetable oil - 50 ml (for frying).
Cooking chicken. Remove the skin from the breast and separate the meat from the bones with a knife (you can buy a breast fillet if you don't want to mess with the preparation). We beat the chicken on both sides. You need to beat it off lightly - chicken meat is soft in itself, and if you overdo it, you can end up with chicken puree. Salt and season each piece.
Batter: beat the egg with a fork, salting it a little. We dip each chicken piece in an egg, then in flour, poured onto a plate, and send the chop to a hot frying pan with butter. Fire is medium-high. There is nothing complicated - fry the meat over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. Chicken chops are ready!
By the way, instead of flour for breading, you can use breadcrumbs, ground breakfast cereals, almond petals.
The recipe for beef chops is almost the same as the recipes for other meats.
Let's take:
beef - 500 g; cheese - 150 g mayonnaise - 1-2 tbsp. l.; salt, pepper - to taste; breadcrumbs - 100 g; egg; vegetable oil - to taste.
How to cook? Easily! First, the meat must be washed and dried, soaked with a paper towel or napkins, cut into pieces of medium thickness. Then beat off each piece on both sides with a hammer, salt it, pepper it, you can add your favorite seasonings and rub the spices a little into the meat. Don't forget to grate the cheese!
Now beat the egg again, but add mayonnaise in addition to salt. Dip each piece of meat first into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumbs. Then sprinkle the meat with grated cheese and roll again in breading. Place in a skillet with oil over medium-high heat. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Your juicy beef chops are ready!
It turns out that many people cook pieces of meat in the form of chops from ground or minced pork and beef. We present you a recipe for the so-called lazy chops.
Ingredients:
minced meat - 500-600 g; eggs - 3 pcs.; flour - 100 g; salt, pepper, spices for minced meat - to taste; vegetable oil - 50 ml for frying.
Of course, in the variant with minced meat, you don’t have to beat anything. Just take the minced meat (any: chicken, beef, pork or mix), season with salt and spices and with slightly moistened hands form a small chop out of it, a kind of flat cutlet.
Carefully dip the resulting minced meat chop first into a beaten egg, then roll in flour or breadcrumbs. Do everything carefully, but quickly so that the stuffing does not fall apart. When sculpting a chop, try to make it tighter.
After you have “bathed” the chop in both the egg and flour, we send it to a hot frying pan and fry on both sides until a beautiful appetizing crust. That's all! You can serve your guests!
This recipe can be made with beef or pork - the choice is yours!

How to cook chops in the oven? Let's talk! We cut the meat into pieces of 5-7 mm and beat off on both sides. Salt and pepper each piece, if desired, add spices.
Let's take care of vegetables: peel and finely chop the onion, wash, peel and grate the carrots on a medium grater. If you want and like more fried vegetables, you can lightly fry carrots and onions in oil.
We cover a baking sheet or form of parchment, before that a little oiling it. We spread the meat - put the pieces closer to each other. Lay onion and carrots on top (in layers). Lightly grease the top layer with sour cream or mayonnaise - so that the carrots are completely covered.
We send the form to the oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. That's all. The finished dish remains only cut into pieces!
