Necessary products
For the dough:
1 teaspoon milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons oil
1 egg
7 grams yeast
pinch of salt
2 teaspoons flour
For the stuffing:
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
For caramel:
6 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons liquid cream
2 tablespoons honey or corn syrup
Method of preparation :
The dough
Add sugar, oil, egg, yeast to the milk. Then put the flour together with a pinch of salt and knead the dough. Leave for a while and then roll out.
The stuffing
Mix the two types of sugar and cinnamon. Add the melted butter and pour the mixture over a layer of dough. Roll up a roll, which you cut into pieces. Cover them with plastic wrap and leave for 3 hours.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Caramel
Melt the butter in a suitable pan, add the sugar and let the combination boil. When this happens, remove from the heat and add the cream and honey. Stir and pour the rolls with the prepared caramel.
