Required products :
500 grams of salmon fillet (can fever)
5 eggs
1/4 teaspoon crushed walnuts
3 teaspoons lemon juice
spices to taste (including greens)
Method of preparation :
Cut the fillet into small pieces, sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice, sprinkle with spices and leave the fish for half an hour to marinate.
Grease a high-walled pan with oil, put the fillet in it and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
Beat the eggs to a froth, season, add the crushed nuts. Pour this mixture over the salmon and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes until a golden crust forms on the surface.
If the omelette swells during baking, pierce it with a fork or knife.
