Required products :

  • 500-600 grams of minced mixture
  • bacon strips
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • spices

 

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the garlic and onion, add them to the minced meat and season to taste. Knead well and form kebabs about 8-10 centimeters long. You can easily shape them by passing the minced meat through the neck of a cut plastic bottle.

 

Wrap each in strips of bacon. At this stage, you can freeze in case you do not cook immediately or you have made more than you need.

 

You can bake in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil or without fat, also in the oven, on the grill or on charcoal.

 

Serve with fresh vegetables or french fries.
