Learn how to cook "Lamb with garlic, white wine and soy sauce". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
380 grams of lamb fillet (thinly sliced)
2 tablespoons white wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons oil
6 cloves garlic (cut into thin slices)
1 cm ginger root (finely chopped)
1 stalk of leek
4 green onions (chopped)
green onions for decoration
Method of preparation :
Mix the wine, soy sauce and sesame oil. Roll the meat in the mixture and leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Save the marinade. Heat the oil, put the meat and 2 teaspoons of the marinade in it. Fry for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add garlic, ginger, leeks and onions. Fry for another 3 minutes (or until done), then transfer the dish to a warm plate and serve with chopped green onions.
