Required products :

900 grams of lamb

3 tablespoons soy sauce

350 grams through

2 cloves garlic

1 onion

4 tablespoons oil

1 teaspoon sugar

2 tablespoons white wine

salt and pepper to taste

 

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the meat into small pieces and put in the soy sauce with the black pepper to marinate for 30 minutes. Cut leeks and onions, crush garlic. Heat 3 tablespoons oil and fry onion and garlic in it. Add the meat together with the marinade and fry for a few minutes. Add the remaining oil, leeks and fry until done. Finally, salt, sprinkle with sugar and white wine, fry for another minute and serve immediately.
