How To Cook Lasagna With Minced Meat, Mushrooms And Béchamel Sauce - Recipe

Necessary products:

500 grams of lasagna leaves

400 grams of minced meat

1 large onion

250 grams of mushrooms

200 grams of tomato puree

50 milliliters of olive oil

2 - 3 cloves of garlic

100 grams of yellow cheese

For the sauce:

500 milliliters of fresh milk

100 grams of butter

2 tablespoons flour

Bay leaf

nutmeg

Method of preparation:

Cut onions and garlic and fry them in olive oil. Add the diced mushrooms and stew for 5 minutes. Then add the minced meat, tomato paste, season with salt, pepper, basil and let the stuffing simmer for 40 minutes.

 

Make the sauce by first frying the flour in the butter. Bring the milk to a boil in a separate bowl, add a little nutmeg and bay leaf. After 10 minutes, remove the bay leaf. Pour the milk into the bowl with the flour, stirring, bring to a boil and add salt.

Take a suitable baking dish and "assemble" the lasagna in it, alternating a layer of dough (the crusts are prepared according to the recommendations of the package), stuffing, sauce and so on until the products are exhausted. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
