Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 2.5 teaspoons of carbonated water
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • a pinch of soda
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)

 

For the stuffing:

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 unpeeled red pepper
  • salt and spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the dough products in a large bowl, beating with a fork so that no lumps form.

 

Bake pancakes in the standard way.

  

Put the finished ones on top of each other and keep warm (you can leave them near the stove, for example).

 

Make the filling.

Peel the potatoes, boil them in salted water until cooked.

 

Finely chop the onion and pepper, grate the carrot. Fry them in vegetable oil. You can add spices for potatoes if you wish.

 

Mash the prepared mashed potatoes, pour a little of the water in which they were boiled, then mix with the vegetables.

 

The stuffing is ready, it is very tasty and you can eat it just like that or serve as a side dish to a main course.

Cut each pancake in half, spread the halves with mashed potatoes.

 

"Fold" them, forming triangles, which you arrange in a suitable plate.
