Beat the butter (at room temperature) with the sugar and grated lemon zest until a creamy mass is obtained. Then add the eggs (one by one), coconut shavings, pour the milk and lemon juice.
Pour the baking soda and baking powder over the flour, which you add in small portions to the lemon mixture. Mix until smooth and transfer the dough to a cake pan with a bottom covered with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven (170 degrees) for an hour (check readiness with a toothpick).
To make the glaze, mix both types of sugar (powder and vanilla) with water.
When the cake is baked, take it out of the appliance, wait for it to cool and pour over the sugar glaze.
